Gwendoline Tech provides a platform for creating, managing, and executing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) electronically. The Service includes NDA template management, share link generation, electronic signatures, and relationship tracking.
By using the electronic signature features of the Service, you consent to conducting transactions electronically. Electronic signatures created through the Service are intended to be legally binding under applicable electronic signature laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
