We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and job title when you create an account or sign an NDA. When signing agreements, we also record your IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp for audit purposes.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including facilitating NDA execution, maintaining audit trails for legal compliance, and communicating with you about your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement security headers, input validation, and audit logging to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., showing your signature to the counterparty on a signed NDA) and as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that signed NDA records may need to be retained for legal compliance purposes.
